Consent to Electronic Communication

Consent to Electronic Transmission of Documents & Electronic Messages.
1. Consent
I/We agree to receive all communications from association electronically.

2. Right to Documents in Non-Electronic Form
I/We have the right upon written notice to the Association to receive HOA Documents as well as messages from the Association in paper or non-electronic form.

3. Withdrawal of Consent
I/We may withdraw my/our consent at an time by informing the Association in writing.

4. Compliance
This consent conforms to the Civil Code Paragraph1350.7 and Corporation Code Paragraph 20.
